Hi! I’m Sapna, founder of InnerVisions ID: award-winner, brand consultant, designer, brand mentor, entrepreneur, occasional HuffPo blogger, now published author, connector, wife, mummy and partly-tamed party girl…

With a graphic design degree, marketing MA and dreams of starting my own design agency, I then accidentally fell into radio and a 20-year media career working for emap, Chrysalis, The Telegraph, O2 and Trinity Mirror Group.

I moved from marketing to creating, selling and running content-led multimedia brand campaigns across radio, press, TV, online, events and mobile for the likes of Toyota, VW, Mercedes, Sony Ericsson, O2, Clinique, Selfridges, Kellogg’s, The Open University, Rockstar, Oakley, Rimmel and Age UK.

After baby no 2, I decided to change career and did an interior design degree. But meanwhile, friends starting their businesses were asking me to design their logos, brochures and websites.

My marketing and media experience meant I was helping not just with the design, but with their brand strategy. I’d end up coaching them on their target markets, brand values, messaging and sales strategies.

The business grew organically by referrals and we ‘officially’ launched InnerVisions ID in October 2015.

I live in London with my husband and two karate-mad boys. I love entertaining, working out, film, art, music, style, design and ‘Prosecco Playdates’ with the kids, learning new stuff and fresh challenges.

Building InnerVisions ID and helping my clients is my ongoing passion. I’m more likely to be seen reading a book on business or creativity than a novel. (Sad, I know…)

I’m honoured to have been chosen to be a brand mentor for Shifts to Success, helping ex and serving police officers transition into an entrepreurial life. And, oh! I’ve just been published in this book…
