Coaching Impact is an award-winning company that coaches leaders, teams and organisations so they achieve more, learn faster and live better.


Founder Sara Milne Rowe originally came to InnerVisions ID in need of a new brochure. However, when we looked at the brand as a whole, it was apparent there was a bigger issue.


The company had been going for over ten years and an increasing number of team members were all producing materials; As a result, the branding had started to spiral in different directions, it was starting to look messy and lose its way. The brand needed a big tidy up and refresh, ready for its next phase of growth.


Evolution, not Revolution: If you want to maintain existing brand equity, start with a Brand Assessment. This shows you what to keep doing, what to tweak – and what to stop doing. It provides a clear ‘roadmap’ for the work that is to be undertaken. Some of the work included:


  • Giving the logo more impact
  • Cleaning up the colour palette
  • Refreshing and modernising the illustrations
  • Updating the brand guidelines
  • Updating key brand collateral
