Personal Assistant
Hi, I’m Giovanna (or ‘G’, as Sapna calls me!), and I provide Personal Assistant services to her. Prior to starting my own business as a VA in September 2020 I spent 32 years in admin management, project management, process improvement and warehouse management roles within the rail industry. I started working with Sapna in June 2021. As my name suggests I have Italian heritage, being half Italian and the other half is Yorkshire lass!
I handle the day-to-day admin tasks so that Sapna can concentrate on the more strategic business development and weaving her brand magic.
I love working with lots of different clients every day no matter where they are in the UK, it also means I can work flexibly around my young son, which is a great privilege not all working mothers get, so I consider myself very fortunate.
With my family, we love cycling, walking and most things sporty, supporting Liverpool FC (don’t hold it against me!).
My claim to fame is that I was once in a TV advert for Ovaltine biscuits!
